Greetings,
My name is Zelquawana “Zel” Wilson, born and raised in the great City of New Orleans. I am a proud graduate of Xavier University of Louisiana College of Pharmacy Class of 1995. I relocated to the Greater Houston area in 1997 by way of El Paso, TX. God has gifted me with one amazing son.
The founding members established the Who Dat Nation S & P Club of Houston Texas in 2012. After attending my first Who Dat Nation event I asked, “how do I become a member”. I became a member of this organization in 2013. Since I’ve joined, I have met and developed great relationships with some amazing people. Prior to my current role, I served as Financial Secretary during the years of 2014-2018. Also, I served as 1st Executive Vice President during the years of 2018-2020. As you can see, I hit the ground running. Currently, I am the President of this amazing organization.
My vision is for this organization to make a positive impact in the City of Houston and surrounding area by assisting the youth and providing community service. To list a few of the organization’s accomplishments: gifted several scholarships to graduating seniors, volunteered annually at the Houston Food Bank, Backpacks for the Homeless, toy donations for the youth during the Christmas Holiday, annual participation in the Texas Southern University Homecoming parade, volunteered at Fort Bend Community back to school drive, annual participation in Stop the Silence Breast Cancer Walk, and a countless number of volunteered hours throughout the City of Houston and surrounding area.
